The weather has definitely turned more wintery over the past week. In our house, this signals warm & hearty meals ? We yearn for comforting and filling homemade soups, hotspots & casseroles topped off with pudding & crumbles with copious helpings of custard.
I?m running slightly late with my Christmas baking but am determined that the Christmas Cake fruit will be soaking merrily in port by the end of the week. Have you started any Christmas food preparation yet?
